Attached is the approved role profile for the Sport Competition Managers, as advertised on the Glasgow 2014 website.
The Sport Competition Manager will be responsible for planning,
organising, managing and conducting the Sport competition and related
services, as it pertains to the designated sport, at the Glasgow 2014
Commonwealth Games.
These roles are absolutely integral to the success of the Games, and
the recruitment of these positions represents a key milestone in the
delivery of an outstanding athlete centred and sport focused Glasgow
2014 Commonwealth Games.
The closing date for applications is Monday 5th March 2012 and interviews will be held during March and April.
