The FIAT Netball Superleague returned with a bang last weekend with four fascinating fixtures and some intriguing results. Northern Thunder top the table early on, while Celtic Dragons, Loughborough Lightning and Surrey Storm all collected wins. Round two represents an opportunity for Yorkshire Jets, Hertfordshire Mavericks, Team Bath and Team Northumbria to register a first win of the 2012 campaign.

Friday 27th January, 8pm: Yorkshire Jets v Hertfordshire Mavericks - Bonus Arena, Hull
Umpires: Debbie King and Sarah Watts with Jackie Mizon as reserve
Saturday 27th January, 7pm: Surrey Storm v Loughborough Lightning - Surrey Sports Park
Umpires: Gary Burgess and Lucy Mitchell with as Rachel Zillwood reserve
Saturday 28th January, 8pm: Team Northumbria v Celtic Dragons - Sports Central, Northumbria University
Umpires: Janice Treasure and Kate Wilcox with Ian Fuller as reserve
Monday 30th January, 8pm: Team Bath v Northern Thunder – Sports Training Village, University of Bath
Umpires: Louise Travis and Tracey Smith with Kyle Woodhead as reserve
